Dr Glass did an outstanding job cleaning all the windows on the inside and outside of our home. I will use them again. Nelson was extremely polite, very efficient, and did excellent work. Our windows had never been professionally cleaned ... we didn't realize how dirty they had become. Now every window sparkles and everyone comments on the lovely views from our super-clean windows. Dr. Glass was also very thorough cleaning our storm windows, window sills, french doors, sidelights, etc. Overall they were extremely courteous, thorough, prompt, professional, and VERY reasonably priced!

The Dr. Glass Representative, Luis, arrived on time to do the estimate. It was carefully itemized so that we could elect to skip services such as screen cleaning, to lower the price. We scheduled the work and Luis and Wilson spent the entire day doing our windows, some of which are very hard to reach. They did the best job of window cleaning ever. They are the best!!!! Great Guys!!!!!

Tim and his crew washed all of our windows and screens inside and outside. They were great. No streaks, no mess, no fuss. Tim came out the same day we contacted him to provide an estimate. He scheduled the work at our convenience. He arrived when promised and works quietly and efficiently.

Dr. Glass is a wonderful company. Very professional and courteous. Bill Mitchell called back immediately, drove by to see the property, gave a thorough estimate before beginning, and provided excellent workmanship and care of the property.

Wayne responded to my request for an estimate right away and was persistent about scheduling a date when the work could be performed. Fred showed up early and was very friendly and polite. It took him 6 hours to do the job, and he never took a break the entire time he was here.

Wow, what service! Philip called back right away, and gave me an estimate. He scheduled me very quickly. Nelson and Jose showed up 15 minutes early, and waited in the truck until the exact 9am appointment. It was just great to have them in the house. Unlike any workmen I have met before. They were hardworking, incredibly well-mannered and highly educated guys. Jason got a masters in theology! But they wouldn't even stop for a glass of water, lunch or coffee. The windows are gleaming. The screens look new and the sills could only look better if they were repainted. Too bad these guys only clean windows. I am in a retail business and only wish I could deliver service like this. Use them it's worth every penny and some.

Dr. Glass cleaned the windows on our three-story townhouse. We have storms on all our windows. I don't think they had ever been cleaned and were very dirty with a lot of old paint drippings on the outside. They removed the curtains so they wouldn't get damaged when they removed the storms. They cleaned the storms completely. They cleaned the windows inside and out getting rid of all the paint splatters. They cleaned the sills and reinstalled everything, including the curtains. The job Tim Poly, the owner, and Mike, his assistant, did was truly amazing. My windows were very dirty and they did a remarkable job. They were extremely courteous and neat and worked non-stop for eight hours doing a thorough job of cleaning the windows. They left no mess at all and replaced the curtains and anything else that was in their way. I would recommend Tim to anyone who wants to use a contractor that does really great work, in addition, one's that are as professional and courteous as Tim and Mike.

Wayne returned my email quickly and gave me an estimate via email (after I let him know age of house, # of windows, # of floors, location, etc.) When we had a medical emergency the day the window cleaning was scheduled, they were great about moving the date at no extra fee. Fred & William showed up on time the day scheduled and worked all day. When it was obvious our windows needed more "elbow grease" than anticipated, they kept at it and agreed to come back the next day to finish it up (at no extra cost to us). They brought their own cleaning equipment and ladders, and there was no mess. They cleaned up as they went. They even wore "footies" in the house over their shoes! Overall, we were very, very happy with their work and professionalism. We highly recommend them and will be sure to schedule our next window cleaning before our daughter's wedding with them.
